Old versus new - that's how it works

When you purchase a new RTS GREENKEEPER® set 55 kV in our shop www.topbaum.de, we will trade in your old electrostatic flocking device. Only certified European brand devices with CE marking are permitted for return (including defective devices). Self-made devices (e.g. converted electric fly swatters) and cans of scattered grass are excluded.

This is how it works for us:

You will receive your new device delivered to your home free of charge after receipt of payment. Please then send your “old one” back to us with sufficient postage and the attached delivery note within 14 days. As soon as we have received your device, the credit will be transferred back to you (via Paypal or bank transfer - please also include your account number).

We will dispose of your old device properly.
